2. Services Description

DigiSeniors provides digital literacy education programs specifically designed for elderly individuals in Hong Kong. Our services include in-person workshops, one-on-one tutoring, and educational resources to help seniors navigate digital technologies, including but not limited to the use of WhatsApp, video calling platforms, and online services. Our goal is to empower seniors to stay connected with family and use essential online services with confidence.

3. Registration & Eligibility

To participate in our programs, you may be required to register and provide certain personal information. You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete. Our services are primarily designed for individuals aged 60 and above residing in Hong Kong, though we may accommodate others on a case-by-case basis. Participants must be able to attend scheduled sessions or arrange for alternative accommodations in advance.

4. Program Policies

Program schedules, locations, and instructors are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of any changes in advance. Participants are expected to bring their own devices to sessions, though limited loaner equipment may be available upon request. DigiSeniors reserves the right to dismiss any participant who engages in disruptive behavior or violates our code of conduct. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for any paid services.

5. Payment & Refunds

Some of our programs may require payment of fees. All fees are clearly stated before registration and are payable in Hong Kong Dollars. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the registration process. Refunds are available if requested at least 7 days before the program start date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start or for no-shows. In the event that DigiSeniors cancels a program, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward future programs, at their choice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of DigiSeniors or its content suppliers and is protected by Hong Kong and international copyright laws. Our educational materials, including handouts, presentations, and digital resources, are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that our services will meet your requirements or that they will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. You are responsible for backing up your own data and for the security of your devices and accounts.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DigiSeniors, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
